Why Book With Us

You get an American company and an African operator. Not a middleman.

All in Africa Safaris USA LLC is a Utah company — entity number 14609228-0160, registered in South Jordan. You get a US phone number, a US business, and someone in your own time zone who is accountable for your trip.

On the ground, your safari is run by All In Africa Safaris Company (U) Limited in Kampala — Nicholas Bright’s own guides, his own vehicles, his own relationships with the lodges and the permit offices. Nothing is subcontracted to a stranger.

Most American travelers get one or the other. A US agency that resells through brokers it has never met, or a direct booking with a company overseas and no recourse if something goes wrong. This is both.

Every trip is private. Not “small group.” Private.

Your vehicle. Your guide. Your schedule. If you want to sit with a leopard for another forty minutes, you sit. If you want breakfast at 5 a.m. or 9 a.m., that’s your call.

You will never share a vehicle with strangers, and there are no fixed departure dates to fit yourself around.

You talk to the person who plans your trip

Barton plans it, prices it, and stays with it from your first email to the day you get home. No account managers, no handoffs, no support queue. When something needs solving at 2 a.m. Uganda time, he is the one making the call.

You will hear back within one business day. Usually much sooner.

Straight answers, including the ones that cost us money

We will tell you when a lodge isn’t worth the upgrade. We will tell you when the flight between parks is worth paying for and when you should just drive. If the itinerary you want won’t fit in the days you have, we will say so before you book — not after.

We would rather lose a booking than send someone on the wrong trip.

We have actually been on the trip we sell

Barton and Tracy spent eleven days in Uganda and Kenya in July 2025 — chimpanzees, gorillas, rhinos, and the Great Migration in the Masai Mara. That trip is the reason this company exists. When we tell you the terrain in Bwindi is steeper than you’re expecting, it’s because we climbed it.

Your booking builds something in Uganda

Nicholas founded his company in 2016, lost it to Covid, and rebuilt it in 2022. Every trip we sell helps a Ugandan business owner grow something for his family and employ people in his own community.

We also contribute to the GreenSpot Tree Planting Campaign, his reforestation program in the communities our safaris travel through.

A family business, on both ends

Barton and Tracy have been married thirty-one years and raised four children. Nicholas runs his company in Kampala. There is no board, no call center, and no private equity owner. Just two families who want you to have a trip worth the money.

Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll build something around it.
