Our partner, All in Africa Safaris (U) Ltd, based in Kampala, Uganda, has been a local leader since 2017. They manage the in-country execution, including professional local driver-guides and all permit arrangements. We define our private services by providing a private 4x4 Land Cruiser and a dedicated guide for your party only. There are no shared vehicles and you enjoy a flexible daily pacing. Your journey is private; the wildlife encounter is shared.

We handle all payments through our Utah-based company, All in Africa Safaris USA. You can pay via standard US banking methods, which provides you with a clear record of your transaction and avoids international wire fees.
If you notify us of a cancellation 60 days or more before your arrival, you receive a full refund. For cancellations closer to your travel date, a tiered fee applies to cover non-refundable local commitments. We provide these details clearly in your service agreement.
Once we receive your deposit, we handle the purchase of your permits through the appropriate authorities. While we maintain a 99% success rate for sightings, permits are subject to the rules of the national parks. If a park issues a refund for any reason, we pass that full refund back to you.
We require all travelers to have valid travel insurance to cover medical needs, property, or unexpected changes. This ensures you are protected against personal losses while we manage the logistics of your travel.
